1.5 persen is for special schemes (performance dance), namely for utilization scenarios based on the Grand Design for the Acceleration of Development in Papua and West Papua which is holistic, measurable performance indicators and controls and is collaborative with other funding sources.
The role of Bappenas in managing the Papua Special Autonomy Fund in the future was also discussed. Improvements in the governance of the Papua Special Autonomy Fund are carried out by the Ministry of National Development Planning / Bappenas together with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Finance through the preparation of the Grand Design for the Management of the Papua Special Autonomy Fund, with components:
1. Evaluating the use of special autonomy funds
2. The sharpening of the strategy and implementation of the development of the Papua region in the areas of human resources, economy, infrastructure, governance and institutions in line with the policies of the RPJMN, RKP, and Presidential Instruction No. 9/2020
3. Reformulation of the budget and the allocation of the Papua Special Autonomy fund
4. Monitoring mechanisms and performance-based analysis in the use of Papua's Special Autonomy funds.
Preparation of the RPP for the management of the Special Autonomy Fund that involves Bappenas, with the aim of aligning the points of the RPP regulation on the management of the Special Autonomy Fund and the substance of the Papua Development Grand Design.***
